What a joy it was to preach at Parkridge Sunday!  You are a bunch of great listeners!  You even caught my aberrant reading of the scriptures!  “Did he just say ‘mosquito bites’?”  I don’t want to be too quick to praise you all as great listeners. 

The real test comes with application.  Will you live it out?  Will I?   I was touched by our quick times of prayer for our team in Peru.  How fitting for us to lift up our brothers on the field!   Please check out the 'Reaching Out' page on our website.  We have put up some specifics on how to pray for the team.  Keep lifting them up!  Here’s the hot request  list:  Health (especially for Jerry) , truck functioning well, and for baptisms to happen on Tuesday afternoon. 

Please remember to lift up the families at home too! That is some sweet ministry, when we care for the families of those on the front lines of the gospel endeavor.
